How it Works
Settled on a Totter + Tumble play mat for expecting parents or perhaps it is on a loved ones baby shower registry. Our Mailbox Gift Service allows you to gift them what they want + gives them the freedom to choose their perfect design.

What Does Digitally Printed Mean?
For some of our play mats, elevated digital printing techniques allow us to create more intricate patterns. We can be more precise with rug-like detailing and gives the opportunity to use colour in a way we haven't before.
Why Only 2 Swatches?
To make our Swatch Service as sustainable as possible, we limit the number of samples you can pick to two per order. Plus, only two fit in the envelope!
Gift Service Shipping
Orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped on a tracked service with USPS within 24hours, apart from on Bank Holidays and should be with you within seven to ten working days from dispatch.
There is a $10 non-refundable handling charge for our premium Mailbox Gift Service.
Returning Swatches
We actively encourage swatch returns to keep our service running sustainably. They can be returned easily using the prepaid returns label inside the envelope. If you have misplaced this please let us know
Gifted swatches can be returned at any time - as they are sent out free of charge, these are not refundable or linked to any order placed for a play mat.

Can I customise the amount to gift?
Our premium Letterbox Gift Service allows you to gift a play mat, but gives them the choice of design! If you are looking for a custom voucher amount, why not send a Digital Gift Card instead.
I'm not sure which swatches to send!
If you aren't sure which designs they like best, we can pick for you. Just drop us an email once you have placed the order.
My friends have a play mat on their gift registry, but I'm not sure which size?
Choosing our Letterbox Gift Voucher allows your loved one to choose their preferred design + any size. Any extra funds due can be paid by a second payment method at check out.
