Shipping and Returns

First of all, thank you for your support. We are so thankful for each and every order, especially during these difficult days.

As our packages are oversized, they are not scanned as regularly in their journey, so don't worry if you see a slight lag in the tracking. As always if you are concerned, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

One thing is for sure, we adore our Totter + Tumblers and we want you to have your playmat as much you do. It won’t be long, promise. 🧡

YOUR ORDER

We can't wait for you to unroll your Totter + Tumble playmat and get playing! Our warehouse team work hard to have in-stock playmats dispatched within 1-2 working days. 

Playmats that are on Preorders will be marked on your order and have all the relevant information on the playmat's product page, which we will keep up to date if there are any changes. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items the order will not be shipped until the pre-order items are ready to ship.

  

SHIPPING

As an introductory offer, U.S. shipping is free. We ship to the continental 48 states, but we cannot ship to PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time. 

You should expect your playmat to take 5-7 days to arrive on your doorstep once shipped.

Please make sure your design selection, size and shipping address are correct before you complete your purchase. As a small business we can stretch for free delivery, however we will not be responsible for the cost of postage to re-send any items where the address was entered incorrectly or there have been multiple failed delivery attempts.

If you realise that you've made an error in entering any of your details please email hello@totterandtumble.com as soon as you can and we will try to amend them for you providing your item hasn't already been processed for shipping. If your item comes back to us because of an incorrect address we may have to charge to resend it out to you.

 

SALES TAX

For purchases made in Georgia we collect sales tax.

Eagerly awaiting your playmat? Just check the Shipping Confirmation email sent to you when your order was processed. Simply click on 'View Your Order' and then click directly on the tracking link.

RETURNS

Totter + Tumble want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we offer all customers a no-questions-asked money back guarantee. 

If you are reading this because you are unsure about which playmat design would suit your interiors best, take a look at this Design Guide on choosing the perfect design for your home style.

We also really recommend measuring up before you purchase. If you don't have any masking tape to hand, try laying out some books in the corner position of where the playmat would lie.

As stated in the Terms & Conditions at purchase, the only conditions applying to returns are as follows:

1. All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original, inner and outer protective packaging intact and as it arrived to you) - a baby might use it after all. 

2. You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs. 

As a guide, courier costs can start at $50 so we really recommend our Design Guide and measuring up before purchasing.

Please note that you must inform us of any imperfections on the playmat within 7 days of receiving it.

3. The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.

4. Sale items may not be eligible for return and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
